Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To request a return, please send us an email at chargemyiphoneagency@gmail.com with:

  • your order number,
  • the reason for return,
  • a photo of the item clearly showing the damage or issue (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customized or limited edition pieces cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges are possible only if the requested size or item is available.
  • Every piece is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure premium quality.
